What Causes Vomiting After Using Hot Bath Therapy?

I'm 42.I have always used hot baths as a therapy for fibromyalgia pain but in the last month I have found after a 5-10 minute hot bath in the jet tub that I get hotter after I get out and even if I just wrap in a towel an wait a half hour to cool down a hour even after my bath I am stomach sick and usually end up vomiting profusely. I have also felt kind of jittery an week sensation come over me while shopping so I went to the pharmacy area to check my blood pressure and it was 122,80,82 the pharmacist said it was normal. do I just need to not get hot baths anymore or is it a symptom/warning sign of a serious problem?

HI
Well come to HCM
having symptoms of nausea, vomiting, sick feel after the hot shower is very unlikely, underlying cause need to be ruled out and this could be cardiac related, because hot water some time may cause hypotension, and this may be the reason, better to get done EKG and ECHO for safe side, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
