What Causes Vivid Dreams And Extremely Fatigue In A Patient With Crohn S Disease?

I am a 47 year old female that is overweight. I have several symptoms that I am wondering may be related. My doctor does not seem concerned but I am feeling worse and know it is not my normal. I am a breast cancer survivor of 10 years, I have Crohn s disease, and currently have 2 kidney stones, one in my left and one in my right. I am having very vivid dreams and I am extremely fatigued and have a hard time waking up. I have always been active and lately have been very short of breathe and sweating profusely. I eat about 900-1000 calories a day and wear a Fitbit to track my activity and usually have around 10000 steps a day. I can t lose any weight no matter what I do. over all I don t feel good. Any ideas where to look?

* Extreme fatigue , sweating is not normal I would suggest to get basic
Laboratory work up for complete blood counts , fasting blood sugar ,
thyroid function test , serum creatinine level & then consult with reports
