What Causes Visual Blackouts And Dizziness While Standing Up?

i am experiencing visual blackouts and dizziness when i get up from a sitting position. also have palpitations. i feel like i am moving along with my heartbeat. sometimes i have that feel which u get when the giant wheel is coming down .i can hardly climb stairs to second floor... i feel something is wrong .. please help me

It may be linked to cardiac problem. BP should be checked. ECG canbe taken. Get complete eye examination done . Blood examination like serum cholesterol lipid profile blood sugar to be tested. Any probm deected should be treated by doctor after going through the report.
