in the morning when i woke up, the world was like spinning and i felt like i need to vomit even though i didn t . Now it s Wednesday and it s still happening so yes it s been 2 days. Every time i lay down to sleep, my visions started spinning again and it s getting really annoying and i haven t gone to see the doctor yet. I am starting to think this is happening to me because of lack of sleep/ stress/fatigue because i have been busy with college and exams and work so yes i get really tired and these days i always look tired and unhappy. Should i go see a doctor ASAP or is this going to go away in a few days? Am i actually having vertigo or am i just tired that i need to get some sleep?
