hi this morning after my bath my left leg was and is throbbing behind my knee I also experienced my vein moving above my ankle on left leg should I go to ER?? yes I have high blood pressure and borderline COPD im a vegetarian and I don t eat or drink milk

Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you may be having knee synovitis. This can be due to inflammation. Some time a cramp can also cause such pain. I would recommend you following.
1.Take Brufen tablet one to two daily.
2.Hot water fomentation.
3.Volitran ointment
4.Compression bandage
