General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Sleep deprivation can easily produce such symptoms, and to rule out both dehydration and sleep deprivation at this juncture it would be best to drink at least 2-3 liters of water a day and sleep for at least 7 hours a day. even after this if your symptoms persist then I would recommend a doctors visit to check on your nutirent levels, blood coagulation, facial nerve, lipid profile, etc.

Closely observe and monitor your symptoms and report to a doctor if any new ones are seen.

Best wishes
