What Causes Vibrating Sensations In Ear?

My name is Ayuna Peters am 31 yrs old.My left ear has been vibrating a day after I got slapped on the right side;as if wind is blowing.this reduces when I get to bed but resumes gradually when l wake up also vibrates more in noisy places .what do l do please?should l take oral antibiotics(ciprofloxacin) ,melodicam-no pain though.and also apply an ear drop as prescribed by the doctor.please help!

Ayuna,from the history it looks like that you got injury to your Ear drum or call membrane between middle and external ear.The ear drum is very delicate and thin walled membrane and can easily rupture or perforates.
Advise :please check your ear by ENT physician.
other cause can be wax ear.check your BP.
