Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am experiencing a faint strange feeling on the very tip of my penis. Not pain or itching. But something like a soft pulse or vibration. I started after urination today, and continued throughout the day. I am a healthy 32 year old man with no STD s or problems performing sexually. I am not extremely active/athletic and I haven t had any recent injuries that would explain this. I have had no other symptoms on or around my penis. No spots, discoloration, etc. And there don t seem to be specific answers online anywhere, despite the number of posts by people that have had a similar feeling. Any ideas on what this could be would be really helpful. Thank you!
You could be suffering from possible urinary tract the infection especially if you have any burning sensation while passing urine or possibly trauma from microabrasions due to irritating cloth material of your underwear out pants.
Kindly wear soft, non allergenic underwear. Avoid sweat accumulation. Keep the genitals clean and dry. Have protected sexual intercourse with condom to avoid STDs.
Kindly show your Dermatologist or Venerologist to get a proper examination and diagnosis.
Thanking you.
Regards,
Dr. Aashish Raghu
