What Causes Vertigo Post Glaucoma Surgery In Eyes?

I have recently had lazer treatment for narrow angle glaucoma in both eyes. Within a day after the treatment for the second eye I am now experiencing vertigo. Is this a side effect of the treatment or is it something I should be seeing my regular physician for? I have my next appt. with my opthalmologist on Wednesday.

Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear just check the drugs your taking post operatively can cause this problem. Raised intra ocular pressure or vision problems can cause vertigo. But there less chances of surgery induced vertigo. Check for other causes. Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions please feel free to ask me.

Take care
