What Causes Vertigo, Cold Sweats And Nausea?
Today, had sudden onset VERTIGO, THEN COLD SWEATS & NAUSEA. No chest pain, headache, or anything else. then felt very tired and slept for two hours, noon to 2 PM, even though had a good sleep last night. Now feel 90% better.I am 73 y.o. and in excellent health otherwise, very physically active, no meds, habits, or health history except Kidney stone & appendectomy; BMI about 25. M. died age 97, F. died age 102.Dx: Labyrinthitis?

Your symptoms seem to be caused by an inner ear disorder. If this episode repeats, I would recommend consulting with an ENT specialist and performing labirynthine tests.
It is also important performing a Doppler ultrasound of the cervical arteries (carotid arteries and vertebral arteries) to check for possible narrowing.
