What Causes Vertigo Along With Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Arm?
I ve been experiencing Vertigo due to an ear infection but even after taking steroids 2 weeks ago I am still experiencing the vertigo and it seems to be getting worse. Sometimes when I move my head or pick up something heavy I will experience shooting tingly numbness in my right arm and neck at the same time.

As you are having vertigo secondary to ear infection, mostly it will be Labyrinthitis like inner ear infection...
Avoid smoking and alcohol
You might prescribed antihistaminic drug course
Try to avoid quick position change and rapid movements
When vertigo attack comes sit and wait until it weaned off
During vertigo attack avoid bright light exposure and TV watching
Exercise will be beneficial
