Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern.

Thanks for your query .As you mention dark veins under you tongue .Well that a perfectly normal condition to have dark bluish color blood vessels under tongue due to large amount of blood supply .Due this large amount of blood supply we take certain medicines sublingualy so that they will be absorbed in blood easily and quickly.

As far as your stomach problem is concerned it seams to be pain due to acid reflux or irritable bowel syndrome. Consult gastroenterologist for this .

If veins under your tongue changes color or increase in size then consult dentist for proper evaluation to rules out any systemic disease or blod vessel blockage.Otherwise its normal condition .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
