What Causes Vein Prominence Over The Chest?

Hi, my little boy who is 2 1/2 suddenly has all the veins in his chest showing through. He s always been fair skinned but I ve never seen anything like this on him before. The veins are not raised but it s almost like his skin has become translucent from his neck to his bellybutton. Additional context: He has cerebral palsy and has recently been extremely irritable and inconsolable for over a month now. I m not sure if he s in pain or just going through a two year old phase. Not sure if these are related and if I should be looking for any other signs. Thank you for your advice and time. Erin

Respected Erin, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
Madam, at first instance it`s mostly looking to non-specific entity without a concern of hesitation until there are associated symptoms of breath holding or cyanotic episodes.
Just suggesting few normal tips for day to day life of him
*Make him to do deep breathing exercises and YOGA at least 20 -30
minutes a day which will improve his circulatory oxygenation for helping
in cerebral palsy.
*Continue medications for the same which ever are going on.
*Help in more with development of cognitive abilities by spending more and
more time with him.
* You must be giving but still he requires to maintain good level of
hydration and high protein & iron diet.
* Utmost try to make him happy, laughing , cheerful all the times.
