What Causes Varicose Veins In Right Leg And Groin Pain During Pregnancy?

my daughter is in her 3rd trimester of pregnancy, and has developed severe varicose veins in her right leg. Her groin has stabbing pain 24/7. She has found it difficult to wear the compression stockings which are not full length, so her leg is not receiving extra support. She is due in 2 weeks. I am wondering how serious this is, and what the danger could be during and after delivery. Please advise.

I have read you question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible. varicise veins are badicaly caused by laxity or failure of pressure valves in veins and it is a very common condition during pregnancy beacuse of excessive pressure of the fetus on the body and try advising your daughter to wear compression stocking and try elevating her legs thy are the best remedies ever also ths condition sunsides aftr pregnacy so you daughter wil be fine dnt worry
