Varicocele is the swelling of the spermatic cord and is due to the regurgitation of venous blood,which instead of being drained in to IVC-Inferior Vena Cava (Rt side) and to Left renal Vein (on Left side), gets a additional back flow from the incompetence of Testicular Veins which drain impure blood from Testes. Other causes like Spermatocele, Hydrocele of testes,Hydatid cyst of Morgagni , by consults with Urologist. My Opinion- You seem to suffer from STD with UTI ? mostly due to incomplete treatment of the last STD with Gonorrhea/Chlamydia.
