General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Vaginal spotting is due to dehydroepiandrosterone only. According to your narration, your current medications are not matching with your requirement of conceiving. I strongly suggest to consult another gynecologist who will reevaluate the case thoroughly, arrive at a proper diagnosis and then decide the final action plan of management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
