Hello.

While I had gone through your query, I can think of your concerns. As there are different causes of vaginal bleed in post menopausal period, like cervical polps, cervical cyst, hormonal causes or even cancer. It can also be because of sexual activities.

You need to visit a doctor and get your lower abdomen scanned for any pathology like tumor or cyst.

You don't need to worry too much but get your body scanned and also get tumor marker test of your blood too done.

Hope this is the answer of your question and also write to us if any further questions arise, we will be happy to help you.

Regards
Dr Muzaffar
