Hi i go through your question, the normal symptoms for first trimester are most commonly:
Morning sickness
Common among first trimester symptoms, nausea and vomiting.

Food cravings and aversions
A hankering for certain foods or an intense dislike of others is often linked to morning sickness.

Many women report having a sharper sense of smell during pregnancy.
Feeling tired 24 hours a day is one of the most common side effects of pregnancy.

Frequent urination
Acne
Breathlessness

Headaches
Swollen breasts
Emotional ups and downs

Vaginal bleeding during pregnancy is any discharge of blood from the vagina. It can happen any time from conception (when the egg is fertilized) to the end of pregnancy. Light bleeding, or spotting, during pregnancy is common, especially during the first trimester. Usually this is no cause for alarm.

Implantation bleeding. You may experience some normal spotting within the first six to 12 days after you conceive as the fertilized egg implants itself in the lining of the uterus. Some women don't realize they are pregnant because they mistake this bleeding for a light period. Usually the bleeding is very light and lasts from a few hours to a few days.
