What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Back Pain During Menstrual Cycle?

Hi doctor... m 24 now. Trying to have baby. Actually m having irregular peroids. So I consulted dr. So he recommended me to take stimifol 2.5 from 3rd day of my peroid. I got period in may6 n I started taking tab from may 8. On june8 again I got peroid with slight back pain. But no heavy bleed. It just came only one drop and no bleed after that till now. Then I took home pregnancy kit n checked. It showed me negative. Is that result true. Shal I take another test even though I was taking stimufol2.5. Will it give result.

I really appreciate your concern, as I always says that pregnancy is more natural phenomenon rather than physiological one, if this going to happens then nothing can prevent it and if this is not then no medicine would make it possible so looking to this keep trying for this either with medicine or without this, good luck, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
