What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Abdominal Bloating?

For the for the past two days I ve had light spotting & belly bloat. I had a total hysterectomy (preventative) in March 2016 following a complete mastectomy (2nd time having breast cancer) in December 2015. Is this normal or should I get into my gynecologist next week?

Hi, I think you should consult your doctor. Get a pelvic examination done to rule out any vault pathology. For bloating, you can take some antacids like pantoprazole empty stomach. Bleeding can be due to atrophic vaginitis also, which is common in menopausal women but better to rule out other causes. Hope it helps.
