What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Intercourse?

I had sex with my partner during my period (April 22,23 and 25) without uaing condom. My period ends at April 26. But I still have some spotting from April 28. on April 29 and 30 we had sex again but with condom now. But adter we had sex I had the urge to urinate frequently and when the night comes theres blood in my urine and my anus is very itchy. it is also very painful when I urinate. Do I have an STD?

Hi, I think you can be having some vaginal infection and urine infections also. Get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist.. Also get a urine routine and microscopy and culture done to see if there is any infection. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser like syrup alkasol. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat the vaginal infection. Hope it helps.
