What Causes Vaginal Pain While Having Sex?

hello. i am married and have been with the same partner for 11 years. Recently for the last month we have been extremely sexually active having sex three to four times a day. a few days ago i noticed pain on one side of my vagina with certain positions. Now today i have a noticable piece of flesh colored tissue that i can feel directly inside my vagina. my husband said it looks like a skin tag. Could this be an internal tear that is healing? it is very uncomfortable.

1.First of all do not panic.
2. Your symptoms can be related to increased sex activity inthe recent past.
Please enjoy the sex and do it when you really feel like having it.
Besides proper and adequate foreplay and natural or external lubrication will be of help.
You can either try reducing the daily frequency or trying sex on alternate
days.
3. The tissue you recovered can be simple vaginal skin layer or accumulated vaginal discharge.
Please use simple analgesic like paracetamol to get rid of pain.
If needed please seek a gynec opinion.
