hello mam,
thnx fr trusting health care magic doctors fr ur health related queries...
i guess ur concern is- pain w.r.t intercourse..n burning pain during passing urine...right?? i got the picture
lets discuss it part by part..
1.
pain during intercourse...
usually wen virgins have sex fr first time or even wen couples have sex after sufficient time of gap...this kind of pain experience is common...its normal..so chill,relax..nothing to worry..
reazn being tat vaginal structures may not be relaxed much,,so wen male private part trys to go in with force it causes sort of pain...so very painful thing expected.
this gets settled down over a period of time...so dont worry much about it n juz njoy the process..
but,wen tis persists fr a quite long time then there something fishy,,,then my suggestion wld be visit a gynecologist asap...
the other reazn is infection of female private part...its treatable,,so relax...
now ur 2nd problem: burning pain while passing urine..
usually wen ppl are dehydrated and water content decreases in the body..tis sort of burning sensation is quite expected....n moreover tis is winter season ppl dont drink water much.....so tis is normal
but,wen there is infection of part from urine is passed then also tis kind of burning sensation will be felt...tis is also treatable..so relax...
with tis small discussion u can try out my suggestions:
1.have patience things will settle down...
2.u can use 2% lignocaine jelly 4-5min before having intercourse..juz 2-3 drops...its aviable at ur nearby medical stores at affordbl prices...though ur vaginal structures r not relaxed,it slips in male private part slowly without any damage to vaginal structures..
tis give temporary relief,,unless the exact cause has not been found out..
3.if problem persist fr a quite a long period or if problem exaggerates..whichever is earlier..i suggest u to visit a nearby gynecologist fr further help..
4.maintain ur hydration status well enough...u can drink water,,have some fruit juices...etc
5.still there is no improvement then its time to visit a gynecologist..
y am i suggesting gynecologist is that they hav a sound knowledge about female anatomy and its normal n abnormal body functions..so they can give precise opinion n treatment...
i hope tis was informative enough, helpful n useful fr ur query..

get well soon..
