hi healthcare magic user, since you are 45 yrs you should start pelvic floor exercises to strengthen it and prevent SUI, your urine routine report shows bacteria means you are having UTI, please get urine culture and start antibiotics accordingly. whatever problems like frequency and urge to pass urine is due to UTI. if the symptoms are persistent even after antibiotics then get sonography of abdomen and pelvis done. and repeat urine routine microscopy.
