What Causes Vaginal Itching With Occasional Greenish Discharge?

My 7year old daughter always has vaginal itch with occasional greenish discharge and an itchy anus.I'm very picky on her hygiene so why does this happen?Plus sometimes she squats down fast to itch herself with her heels. She has trouble urinating.Sometimes she pees herself in the daytime.Sometimes she goes to the toilet meaning to pee but nothing comes out. What are we dealing with?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Your history suggests that your daughter may be suffering from thread worm infestatation,
This will cause intense itching as the the worms come out in the night and lay eggs over the perianal region.
A deworming agent like mebendazole or ivermectin in consultation with your doctor will help.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
