What Causes Vaginal Itching Along With Foul Vaginal Odor?

hi my name is april i am trying to find out what is causing me problems i have been having vaginal itching and a foul small odor for three weeks now i have taken azithromycin 500mg 4 pills then my doctor put me on duflocan 250 three pills and then metronidazole for ten days two pills finished all that and i still have itching it is worse at night and in the morning

Here for your condition it is better to consult gynecologist with keeping my answer in mind.....

As itching more and foul order urinary tract infection first rule out by Urine examination..
If needed urine culture done for choosing antibiotic....

Meanwhile per speculum examination done to look for excess discharge in cervix.
If needed swab taken and sent for culture

Second if white thick discharge present then possibilities of candida for which clotrimazole needs to be given....

Drink more water....
