What Causes Vaginal Discharge Of Blood Clots Along With Dizziness Post Unprotected Sex?

I had unprotected sex right after my period I got my period the next month but very heavy when I was showering two big clots came out. Right when my period was over I started feeling dizzy a day after I started to feel sick and was nauseous puked and have a head ache my belly feels heavy when I lay on my side, could this be pregnancy or something else is it ok to take pills for the headache? I also took a pregnancy test came out negative i don t know if it s too soon to find out.

I can understand your concern. It seems that your symptoms are not related to menstrual cycle or pregnancy, but you are suffering from stomach infection, probably due to food poisoning.

I would advise you to start an antibiotic course. Take Norfloxacin 400 mg (Norflox) twice a day for 5 days, if you are not allergic to Fluoroquinolones. You can take Acetaminophen 500 mg to have relief in fever-like symptoms.
Stay light on diet for a few days and take rest.

If you do not feel better in 5 days, I would advise you to go for a blood test (Complete Blood Count) and physical examination by physician.
