Hello dear Understand your concern If it is brown vaginal discharge then it is normal due to withdrawal effect of high progesterone (loss of endometrium support lead to brown vaginal discharge). It will disappear with in 3-5 days. But if discharge like white/yellow/creamy and associated with foul smells , itching and irritation suggests vaginal infections/STDs. It should be diagnosed by swab test,CBC, Urine test, DNA test and NAAT test for STDs screening. Treatment depend on the cause of problem. Meanwhile apply apple cidar vinegar, wash vagina with warm salted water 2-3 times per day, keep the area clean and dry, change undergarments frequently, avoid sweats in pelvic area, use V vaginal wash to maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
