What Causes Vaginal Bleeding, abdominal Cramp And Dizziness During Pregnancy?

Hello, I am 12 weeks pregnant and have had some vaginal bleeding in the last two days. I have also had cramps in the lower abdomen and lots of dizziness. My sono still shows a good heartbeat and my baby is moving around however its says small 32*8 mm haemorrhage along the posterior wall . I had been taking orofer xt as advised for my haemoglobin count is 10.02. I have now been given an injection of Prorigil and duphaston and told if blood flow doesnt stop in 24 hrs to get admitted. I am not sure what exactly is happening..

hi thanks for writing to us
it is good that heart beat of the baby is fine
the size of the haemorrhage is small..it can irritate the uterus and can cause cramps
just one more information is needed what is location of the placenta?
if placenta is in the lower uterine segment there are chances that it can bleed
on heavy exertion
if bleeding does not stop definetly admisson is needed
dont exert too much.avoid travelling in vehicles...heavy activities
hope for the best
be positive
