What Causes Vaginal Bleeding?

I didnt have a period for 2 1/2 months and took multiple tests all negative. then I had my period on the 10th.. lasted 6 days which is 3 days longer than normal. A week ago for like 3 hours when I wiped I got brown blood. I just went to the bathroom and wiped and I have red stringy almost discharge looking mucus? What could it be?

You have not mentioned your age.You should get urine pregnancy test and lower abdominal ultrasonography .You should consult a gynaecologist after getting these investigations.As you have mentioned all tests are negative.If this test is negative ultrasound will be helpful.
