What Causes Vaginal Bleeding With Nausea After Implanon?

Ive had the implanon/nexplanon birth control for a little over a year and all of a sudden started bleeding. I ve been bleeding for two weeks now. Three weeks who I started feeling weird. I can smell everything. I m always nauseas, can t stand the smell of hot foods. I was wondering if there s any chance I could be pregnant because I ve been having unprotected sex.
