What Causes Vaginal Bleeding While On Menarche?
My daughter has started menarche before 3 months , she has regular menstruation cycle.but last time lot of bleeding for 6 days I go to doctor she suggested regestrone as my daughter has 20 mlthick clot n during periods etosys for relief,sir is it ok?

I think it is common to have heavy bleeding during periods in early phase of monarchs due to hormonal imbalances and immaturity of hypothalamus. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and an ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to find out any other cause of heavy bleeding. She can take progesterone for 3 to 6 cycles to regulate the periods. She can also take tranexamic acid to stop the bleeding during periods.
