What Causes Vaginal Bleeding In An Endometrial Cancer Patient?

I had a complete hysterectomy (also ovaries) in October 2014. It was Stage IB endometrial cancer. My recovery has been unremarkable until the last two weeks when I have experienced slight bleeding from my vagina (specifically after physical activity). I have not had intercourse or anything in my vagina. Should I see my cancer doctor right away?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

May be a little.more rest is required as the surgery you underwent was major and will require long durations of rest. I do not see any cause for concern if you do not bleed at rest.

Best wishes.
