What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy?
Hi I m 4 weeks pregnant and I m bleeding I have no clots or cramping or any pain the dr also said that I have fibroids am I having a miscarriage or is it just typical first trimester Bleeding I did blood test and 24 hour urine collection Should I worry are just wait for all my results

Was there any history of abortion??
As per your concern bleeding during pregnancy is not normal at all.
I would suggest you to go for Pelvic Ultrasound and then visit your Gynaecologist as soon as possible.
