Neurologist 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. bleeding at or around the time of ovulation is common and is known as Mittelshmerz. It can also be associated with pain abdomen.
I suggest you not to worry as this is completely physiological.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
