What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During Intercourse?

Good afternoon I was wondering of certain symptoms that I ve been encountering such as bleeding during sex and also I feel huge and un normal cramps in my lower abdominal, the bleeding is occurring every 20 mins. Also I got a shot for birth control, & took a plan b pill with in the same month.
