Hi,
I understand your concern.
Bleeding at 5 weeks of pregnancy is mostly due to Progesteron deficiency( it's the hormone that supports pregnancy.Such bleeding can be controlled with in time/prompt hormone replacement.
You have been given progesteron supplement in form of Strone sr 200, Duphaston. The other drug Trenexa helps controlling bleeding & Vitagret is nutritional suppliment. calpol is a safe pain killer in pregnancy.
Bleeding takes a weeks time to stop... it's being reduced is a good sign
Take bed rest along with medications as per doctor's instructions. Once bleeding is controlled.. you will be subjected to USG pelvis.. which will confirm fetal well being.
Thanks.
