What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Pain In Abdomen And Lower Back?

I'm about 12 weeks haven't had any sickness or fatigue been bleeding for a week now started out light but now it is picking up even with a foul smell.. I'm having slight pain in my abdomen and lower back I'm having massive headaches back to back but with no fever and I'm not filling a panty liner up,, blood shows when I urinate in the rockier and when I wile can you tell me what's wrong

I understand your concern.
*A confirmed pregnancy of 12 weeks duration is not at all normal. Bleeding at this stage may suggest anything from just hormonal deficit to abortion (thretened/missed), some bleeding from vaginal polyp,old bleeding dribbling out while baby is alright. I
* what you need noe is bed rest, consulting a gynecologist the earliest, get USG scan done along with other investigations suggested by your doctor.
Only exact diagnosis can lead to proper handling of the condition.
