What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Postinor-2?
Doctor, I had sex with my girlfriend and after 1 hour I gave her a postino 2 pill and next pill couldn t take on time. But after a week she got light bleeding and it still continues. Now its been 9 days and there is no stop. What is it and what can we do?

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.Prostinor 2 is levonorgestrel which is a emergency contraceptive pill.
It leads to disturbances in menstrual cycle and thepperiods can come a bit delayed . Spotting can also continue for a prolonged period.
I would suggest her to repeat the urine pregnancy test to be sure.
