Hello ma am and welcome. Your bleeding could have been considered a side effect or withdrawal bleed from discontinuing your birth control, but at this stage where many months have passed you should have returned to your normal cycle. I thus suspect some other underlying cause to be contributing to such a presentation. Returning on birth control may have also caused some disruption in normal functioning, and could have caused some amount of bleeding again. If at all the bleeding does not subside in a few days or weeks, then we should seriously consider further investigation. Vaginal itching also raises some doubt, and so I would recommend a urine analysis and physical examination during a doctors visit. Best wishes.
