OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us. In the current scenario, I would ask you to have a proper clinical evaluation by a specialist. A speculum exam is needed to exclude local causes like erosions, polyps and infection. Pap smear, cervical and vaginal swabs, a trans-vaginal sonogram and urinalysis are needed to clarify the situation and plan further management. Hope this helps.
