Any type of contraceptive pill contains progesterone and/or Oestrogen hormones. The lining of the uterus (Endometrium) is maintained by these hormones.
When emergency contraceptive pill is taken, the hormones in it develop the Endometrium more. However, later on usually after 4-7 days, as the levels of these hormones go on diminishing, the grown up uterine lining cannot be maintained, it breaks causing bleeding if there is no pregnancy.
Since there is no pregnancy in your case, you had a bleeding.
Still if you have got a doubt, wait for the menses to come. If you miss period for more than a week, you may get urine pregnancy test and/or ultrasonography done to confirm the diagnosis.
