What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After A Lower Spine Fracture?

I FELL DOWN A FLIGHT OF STAIRS, 12 BUT LIGHTLY CARPETED. I WENT TO THE ER AND THEY FOUND A SMALL FRACTURE IN MY LOW SPINE (NOT MY TAILBONE, JUST ABOVE). I AM AWAITING AN APPT WITH A NEURO SURGEON THIS WEEK, BUT TODAY I AM EXPERIENCING SOME VAGINAL BLEEDING. I HAVE NOT HAD A PERIOD IN 13 MONTHS...UNTIL TODAY. IS THERE ANY CONNECTION, POSSIBLY TO THE FALL? THANK YOU

Hi, I think it is due to the trauma only. But get yourself evaluated by a gynecologist for pelvic examination. You can do a ultrasound to see if there is any other problem.
