What Causes Uterus Pain During Urination?

My uterus pains when I urinate and therefore I can not urinate properly,then in the middle of the night I had fever which has now gone down but the pain is still the same and hence I keep having to go and urinate ever so often because not everything has gone down.Please advise me?

According to your complain you have problem of pain while urination that may be because of urinary tract infection or other reasons.
Do a urine test and microscopic examination.
Complete blood cell count also.
Consult a nephrologist for further diagnosis.
If infection is present than start proper antibiotics under doctor's suggestion.
