What Causes Uterus Area Pain With Spotting?
I have frequent pain and swelling and pressure in my lower abdomen like around my uterus bladder area..i sometimes spot between periods but do not have a discharge or odor just the tenderness, pain, pressure and swelling. I am 33 female and had 3 c sections and a tubal ligation after my last c section 3 years ago and I donot take any medications.

Hello, I would order for a pelvic ultrasound scan for better evaluation of the pelvic organs. Such kind of symptoms can be seen in mass from uterus/ovaries or just a bulky uterus. Consult your GP. any quires please do not hesitate. thank you
