What Causes Uterine Contractions?

I have bladder pressure, uterine contractions, post menopause bleeding, digestive problems like a noisy digestive track, and alternating between constipation and an urge to defecate, along with ongoing acid reflux.I had a biopsy of my uterus that produced only a scant amount of tissue but came back clean, and a pap smear came back clear, and an abdominal ultrasound that came back normal. What is wrong with me?

OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Your gastrointestinal symptoms suggest a possibility of irritable bowel/ infection. A course of antibiotic may be needed along with treatment for acid-reflux. Though, your postmenopausal bleeding thorough evaluation. Several causes can be responsible, namely, infections, dryness of the vagina, unhealthy cervix and metaplastic and dysplastic changes. Prolapse of the vaginal walls may lead to increased bladder pressure and incontinence. You need a vaginal and cervical swab, fractional curettage/endometrial biopsy, cervical biopsy and a pelvic MRI to help plan further management. Hope this helps.
