Hello, thank you for writing in to HCM.
Since this is your 38th week, and you are loosing precious body fluid from all over I'd suggest don't wait. See your doctor who'll check your dilation as well as baby's position. If you're getting contractions there's a possibility that the discharge you're talking about is your amniotic fluid, although its clear and not white.Possibility of intestinal and/or uterine infection is also there which may causing colic giving you wrong impression of uterine contraction. Please go and see your doctor at the earliest as diarrhea could leave you severely dehydrated, which has to be avoided for both your and your baby's health and complications during delivery.. You may soon be entering first stage of labor.

Good luck and wish you a safe delivery.
