What Causes Urinary Obstruction And Urge Incontinence?

I am having urination blockage and bowel irritation but only sometimes. Could prostate issues cause frequent feelings of having to go, then trouble starting, then bowel irritation and subsequent hemeroids, too? Very strange but seems to intensify after drinking beer. Could I be allergic?

Hi,

You have a couple of questions lets go one by one.

1) Yes if have a enlarged prostrate you can have problems when passing urine - it can be slow and incomplete.

2) Please go to your nearest GP and have your prostrate checked the procedure is mildly uncomfortable but should give you the solution to your problem.

3) I would advise you to drink a minimum of 3 liters of water and take more fruits and vegetables, it can improve your hemorrhoids.

4) Its unlikely that you are allergic to beer.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. James Devadoss
