What Causes Urinary Incontinence At Night?

I am post menopausal, 57 years of age, and wet the bed occasionally. The occurrences seem to happen for a few times over a month or two (two or three times bed wetting in that period) and then go away for several months. I always dream I am going to the bathroom, always dream I am releasing against my will, overcoming a giant mental block.
