What Causes Urinary Incontinence Along With Lower Back Pain?

I recently had a MRI ( symptoms, occasional fecal incontinence, night time bladder incontinence,,,ok when sleeping however when I wake up to urinate, I can t make it to the bathroom, massive loss of control.)Pain in lower back down left leg (heavy ache), worse when sitting for any length of time. The MRI showed something (couldn t remember what the doctor told me as I was in shock when I heard I needed surgery to fix it) Dr said he would research it options and call me ...that was friday, this in Monday and I havent heard from him. IT was at L2 ....any ideas?? I really want to research it

Dear it could be slip disc , mass or any degenerative lesion which is irritating the nerves supplying your bladder and anus.
Since it can be better understand if would see a MRI.
My suggestion would be follow your treating doctor and also take an opinion from neurosurgeon.
